Challenge
Kominfo needed to report the results of a running event held as part of the Asian Games 2018 celebrations. The report was substantial, covering participation data, social media reach, and event documentation. The problem: the Minister doesn't have time to read through a long deck. The material needed to communicate everything, fast.
Approach
Working within a studio team as the primary creative, translated the full report into a motion graphics video combining animated infographics, event photo and video documentation, and kinetic text. Every design decision was made around one constraint: the viewer would only watch once, so clarity had to be immediate.
Result
Dozens of slides became a single 1-minute video. The report was presented to and viewed by the Minister, fulfilling Kominfo's documentation and reporting requirement without a single slide deck in the room.
